Shipping Policy
We ship every order received by 3p ET, (6p PT) the SAME DAY, except Sat and Sun. We actually would ship those days, but FedEx and UPS don't pick-up on Sat and Sun so there's no point.
We don’t ship to Post Office Boxes, outside the 48 states (sorry, no international shipping), to phone booths, or submarines.
We double check each order for accuracy and each order is hand signed by the person who packed it. This way we know who to torture if there's an error.
Return Policy
Easy: If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Return any unopened boxes within 30 days for full refund, shipping too.
Let’s say you’re not happy (slim chance, but it happens every now and then). You go to the Contact Page, enter your information, and tell us that you wish to return your order. We cry, but then the same day we will email you a FedEx pick-up label which you print out and tape to the box. You call FedEx to pick it up or you can drop it off at The FedEx Store and they bring it back to us. When we get it back, we credit your card the same day. Easy as pie.
Oh yeah---and we don't have a 're-stocking' fee. What's that all about? It's a rip-off.
Privacy Policy
Simple: We only use the information you provide to process and ship your order.
We don’t sell it, rent it , share it, trade it, memorize it, print it or even look at it. Once we get it, it's in The Vault and stays there.
We use totally secure SSL encrypted data to process your online payment, so nobody can see it but us. (We have special “The Invaders” glasses that only let us see it)
